Project Overview

Situated at the foothills of the renowned Palisades Tahoe Ski Resort, Palisades Tahoe Lodge stands as a symbol of opulent living in Lake Tahoe. This lodge prides itself on a splendid array of 218 condos, each enhanced by an array of upscale facilities such as a swimming pool, a collection of five hot tub spas, a cutting-edge fitness center, a steam room, a sauna, and tennis courts.

Tenant Improvement & Expansions

The lodge has undergone extensive modernization, reinventing the shared spaces into a hub of luxury and sophistication. The introduction of an elegant coffee and wine bar, a redesigned lounge and lobby, and adaptable conference rooms, along with various shared spaces, have propelled the visitor experience to unprecedented levels.

Craftsmanship Highlights

Architectural Joinery: The hotel's design incorporates rift-sawn white oak with a deep stain and transparent coating, paired with clear cedar wooden beams, offering an ambiance that is both welcoming and sophisticated.

Sauna Experience: The sauna's tongue and groove cedar wall paneling and benches offer a serene retreat, enveloped in the natural aroma of cedar wood.

Reception and Common Areas: The reception desk, enhanced with the addition of sophisticated wainscot paneling and board and batten design, continues to showcase backlit live-edge walnut slabs. These elements are now complemented by a subtle use of Neolith Earth stone Iron Moss and Blanco Venatino stone quartz, which creates a striking yet balanced first impression. The introduction of elegant veneer wood columns adds a new dimension of warmth and luxury. Wilsonart's Crafted Ceruse laminate casework and blackened patina steel cladding maintain their role in infusing a contemporary edge, ensuring the space remains modern and inviting.

Shelving and Accents: Floating live-edge walnut shelves are set against blackened patina steel paneling with recessed lighting, framed by decorative metal trim, marrying natural wood beauty with industrial chic.

Ceiling and Wall Paneling: The common area in the lobby showcases backlit live-edge walnut, white oak cross-cut accent walls, faux beams with linear veneer, and a wood ceiling in regular style, all enhancing a deeply textured aesthetic.

Coffee and Wine Bar: This bar area stands as a pinnacle of design, boasting backlit live-edge walnut and quartz stone, complemented by faux beams with linear veneer and beams of clear white cedar, while subtly integrating other premium materials for an elegant finish.

Vanity Millwork: The vanity areas feature high-quality stone quartz and Wilsonart Crafted Ceruse laminate in the casework, delivering a sleek, utilitarian design ideal for personal grooming areas.

Design Philosophy: The Palisades Tahoe Lodge exemplifies our unwavering commitment to superior architectural and interior design. Each element, from metal accents to wood trim, is intentionally selected to embody our passion for creating environments that are visually arresting and embody the essence of luxury and fine craftsmanship.
