This multi-story office edifice underwent a comprehensive transformation to include state-of-the-art facilities: an executive boardroom, a communal pantry and kitchen, a wellness center, a recording studio, a versatile multipurpose room, and an inviting corporate lobby.
Design Philosophy
Embracing an open floor concept, the campus is tailored for synergy and innovation, featuring multiple collaboration and huddle spaces. These areas are not just functional but are thoughtfully designed to inspire creativity, equipped with floating glass partition walls that provide transparency and foster a sense of openness. Executive Wing
The executive level is a showcase of sophistication, with a custom partition wall system that harmoniously blends acoustical fabric, fluted glass, and elegant wood veneer panels, all accented with tasteful metal details. This design choice not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also serves the practical purpose of sound insulation, ensuring privacy without sacrificing style.
